Something is broken, a verdict looked wrong, or a scan will not go through. Tell us which app and what you were photographing — that is usually enough to reproduce it.
Your data
Both apps delete everything themselves from Settings → Delete my data, which is faster than writing to us. If you would rather we did it, or want confirmation, send the request from the app’s own feedback link — it carries the device identifier we need to find your records.
